We primarily serve the greater Salt Lake City and United States area from our Sandy, UT location. For events outside our standard delivery zone, additional travel fees may apply. Contact us to confirm availability for your location.

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate purchase orders. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before your event. Corporate invoicing is available on request.

Absolutely! All packages can be customized. The Elite Corporate package includes full custom menu planning. For other packages, you can swap or add items at adjusted pricing. Our catering coordinator will work with you to craft the perfect via 313 menu for your event.

Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 3–7 days forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event forfeit the full deposit. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
